Can I use my existing clinic phone number?

Yes! We can forward calls from your existing clinic number to SolvioAI, or we can provide you with a new UK number. Both options work seamlessly with no disruption to your current setup.
Do I need any special equipment?

What does the setup fee cover and when is it charged?

The £1,000 one-time setup fee covers your clinic onboarding, custom AI configuration, script writing, calendar integration, testing, and your first month of dedicated support. It is invoiced separately after your onboarding call — it is not charged through the website. Today you only pay the £500 monthly subscription.
Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. You pay £500/month for your subscription. The £1,000 setup fee is a one-time charge invoiced separately after onboarding. No per-minute charges, no overage fees, no surprises.
What's your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days, we'll refund your first month's subscription. The setup fee is non-refundable after onboarding has been completed.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
